Interior Maintainer

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our Community's interior spaces. Key Responsibilities • Cleaning and Sanitation: • Vacuum, dust, and clean common areas, resident apartments, and patios. • Perform deep cleaning of apartments as needed, focusing on high-touch areas and surfaces. • Launder all linens by washing and drying them in laundry facilities provided. • Serving and Hospitality: • Greet residents and guests with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, and/or soups/salads from the cart. • Take resident orders and serve meals and desserts. • Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-maintained after each meal. • May perform other duties as assigned.
