Join us for 6th shift, this position comes with an added benefit of a shift differential. What You’ll DoInterior Installation Planning: Interpret aircraft orders, engineering documents, and manufacturing plans to determine installation requirements and plan upholstery, furniture, and interior component adjustments.Custom Layout & Modifications: Execute layout planning and investigate installation details for unique or first-time interiors, completing a wide range of modifications across all Citation aircraft using efficient and cost-effective methods.Complex Installations & Quality Coordination: Perform advanced interior installation tasks and resolve QC squawks, ensure work aligns with inspection sequences and identify rework needs with minimal supervision.Interior Care & Protection: Safeguard aircraft interiors throughout installation by applying protective materials to windows, seats, floors, and other sensitive areas.Tool & Equipment Operation: Use a broad range of hand and power tools along with basic measuring instruments to complete precise interior installation tasks.Documentation & Workflow Execution: Maintain accurate installation and inspection records while following standard shop practices and established workflow requirements. What you need to be successfulHigh school diploma or equivalent; two years of college or technical school preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aircraft interiors installation, refurbishment and modification experience.Familiarity with Textron Aviation aircraft interiors.Ability to use measuring devices, simple arithmetic and blueprints is required.
