Job Overview Furniture Specialists are integral members of our team, responsible for developing furniture specifications and managing procurement processes. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Furniture Specialist to collaborate with FF&E Leader, interior designers, architects, and clients to develop furniture specifications. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate closely with FF&E Leader, interior designers, architects, and clients to develop furniture specifications. • Support FF&E Leader in managing standards and resources across studios. • Develop detailed furniture layouts and specifications. • Work with vendors to obtain pricing and lead time information. • Manage furniture procurement processes. • Maintain firm's furniture library and stay current on product innovations. • Assist with presentations and client meetings. Key Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • 2+ years of experience in furniture specification or procurement. • Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office. • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented approach.
