Interior Finishing Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finish Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional interior finish processes, including wood finishes on assigned aircraft. Your primary functions will include the development and completion of aircraft interior cabinet finishes, as well as assisting with paint techniques and color matches for major modification projects. You will need to have a strong understanding of stains, lacquers, clear coats, and other chemicals, as well as basic knowledge in paints and spraying equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently when required, maintain a clean shop and surroundings, and effectively communicate in English.
