Interior Finishing Specialist

Job Overview As a Cabinet Refacing Consultant with Interior Logic Group, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Key Responsibilities: • Assess customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions • Advise customers on interior design factors, such as space planning and layout • Provide complete product information, including performance, durability, and maintenance • Estimate material requirements and costs • Accurately record product selections using established procedures • Resolve customer problems and concerns • Continuously learn and improve knowledge base; Instruct store associates on process and capabilities • Learn and sell other products as assigned (e.g., Closet organization, Blinds, etc.) • Perform other duties as assigned.
