About the Job: This is an opportunity for experienced Carpenters to frame, install, and finish interior structures while working on projects in Lexington, KY. Key Responsibilities: • Developing interior structures through framing, installation, and finishing works • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities • Collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution • Ensuring that all construction works meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace to facilitate efficient work processes Required Qualifications: • A minimum of 2+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in commercial settings • Strong understanding of tools, materials, and techniques used in carpentry • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to professional work ethics • OSHA 30 certification is advantageous but not mandatory
