Interior Finish + CAD Designer in NE Houston

Hiring experienced Interior Designer to spec finishes, fixtures and furnishings as well as CAD/SketchUp. Hybrid position coming in to the design studio a few days/week and working from home other days of the week. PRIMARY role is creating construction documents via SketchUp. This job is a contract to hire Full time. We have a very fun, happy atmosphere and enjoy working as a team in a family environment. We have a beautiful studio in Kingwood, TX and primarily provide residential design services- curating all finish and fixture selections plus providing very detailed design documents to streamline the build process for our contractors. Measuring client homes and spaces. Creating cabinet ordering spec sheets and pricing based on cabinet catalog. Curating complete design projects. Must be able to communicate in a MATURE manner- respectfully, effectively, kindly and clearly with team, clients, contractors and builders. Leave your ego at the door. Qualifications Must live in Houston. Preferred NE Houston. Must have design experience. This is not an entry level position. Must be proficient in SketchUp, Canva, Microsoft Suites, Photoshop and similar. Must be a team player and work with the team in the office several days per week. Only serious applicants please apply.
