Office Furniture Outlet is looking for a creative, customer focused Interior Designer / Sales Associate to help businesses and homeowners transform their spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Consult with clients to understand their design goals, needs, and budget. Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and design recommendations. Present furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessory selections. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Generate sales through showroom visits, referrals, networking, and follow up. Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations. Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and installation teams. Stay current on industry trends, workplace design, and furniture solutions. Help create engaging showroom displays and merchandising concepts. Qualifications +3 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, space planning, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance creativity with sales-driven goals. Proficiency with design software, CAD, CET, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
