The individual will be responsible for space planning, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture and fixtures. Additional tasks include collaborating with clients to determine their design preferences, developing and presenting design concepts, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeframe. The role also involves sales responsibilities, including promoting and selling home furnishings and interior design services to clients. Qualifications • Skills in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings • Proficiency in Interior Design • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable at least 5 years • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
