Interior Designers

**Interior Designer ** Our Midtown Manhattan–based Charlotte, NC Studio, is seeking full-time interior designers with over five years of experience in design, specification, and a solid understanding of interior detailing and production. **Qualifications** - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience. - A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design. - Experience leading or assisting a project team in developing aesthetic designs and preparing interior design drawings and specifications. - Proficient in guiding design processes and delivering projects. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe programs. - A self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and flexible attitude, with the ability to meet project deadlines. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for interacting with clients and project teams. - Ability to develop a collaborative working process that ensures the project's design intent is maintained throughout its duration. - Experience creating design documentation at all project stages, including test-fit plans, finishes, and materials concepts, and product selection. May assist in developing construction drawings and detailing to ensure design continuity. - Adherence to established standards for project production and review. - Coordination of the work of design consultants. - A capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Opportunity** Join our growing office, dedicated to innovative and thoughtful design! **Compensation & Benefits ** We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
