Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Design Director located in Naples, FL. Requires Leadership skills, and be responsible for managing a large design studio with 30 interior designers, assisting in planning and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The candidate will oversee architecture and construction drawings, coordinate with our interior designers and contractors, assist in selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Daily tasks include collaborating and coaching with team members, presenting design concepts, and overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with client needs and company standards. Qualifications • Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design • Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings • Expertise in selecting and coordinating Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote tasks • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools • Relevant experience in residential or commercial design projects
