Interior Designer/Project Manager (Residential)

Required Credentials: • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design • 5-7 years’ experience in residential Interior Design and project management • High level of knowledge of the interior design market and FF&E • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft office • Proficient in related design software, such as Photoshop Sketch Up • Knowledge of furniture specifications Required Skillset • Developed, bespoke, and innovative design sense • Strong understanding of construction process • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Consistently poised and timely customer service Required Traits • High sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit • Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and self-starter • Flexible, able to pivot between competing responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • Must have exp in residential Interior Design and project management & FF&E • Must have real work of your residential work and please share us your residential project portfolio.
