We combine design excellence with advanced construction practices to bring our clients’ visions to life.We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead the interior design process while managing execution from concept through installation. This role balances creative vision with strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role is directly involved in the execution of two active, high-end luxury residential projects in Spicewood, Texas.Key Responsibilities Develop and present interior design concepts, finishes, and material selectionsGuide clients through all design decisions for high-end residential projectsManage project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedulesCoordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractorsOversee FF&E procurement, tracking, and installationConduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed properlyMaintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teamsQualifications5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior designStrong portfolio of luxury residential work (portfolio required for consideration)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and/or Adobe SuiteExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction processesExcellent organizational and communication skillsPreferredDegree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience working with custom home builders or design-build firmsProcore experience is a plusWork ExpectationsAbility to manage deadlines and prioritize effectivelyWillingness to extend hours when needed to meet project demandsStrong accountability and attention to detailProfessional, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindsetBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume and portfolio of relevant work for consideration.
