The selected candidate will manage design projects from initial concept to final implementation. Responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, preparing specifications, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to oversee timelines and budgets effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior DesignExperience with Architecture and creating Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and specificationsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar toolsFamiliarity with construction processes and regulations is a plusBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
