Job Summary Seeking motivated leaders! Rapidly Growing Interior Design/Procurement Firm seeks a superstar full-time (40 Hours) Interior Designer/Project Manager. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality projects. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects from concept to installation within a collaborative, creative, and fun team atmosphere. Key Areas of Responsibility: · Organize projects according to client and brand needs through all phases — from design concept to final installation · Manage project schedules, budgets, and communication with clients, designers, vendors, and logistics partners · Oversee FF&E selections, space planning, and design coordination across a range of project types and scales · Review design presentations, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and brand compliance · Attend client kick-off meetings, construction calls, and on-site meetings as required · Prepare proposals, purchase orders, and project documentation with precision and attention to detail · Collaborate closely with Logistics and Construction teams to coordinate deliveries, installations, and final punch lists · Review shop drawings, seaming diagrams, and vendor documentation for accuracy · Create and track change orders throughout the project timeline · Provide proactive communication with clients, brands, and contractors to ensure expectations are met · Support design and logistics team members by delegating and overseeing project tasks Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design · 5+ years of experience in FF&E procurement, interior design, or project management (hospitality experience preferred) · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign · Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure · Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven · Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction Earn More Than Salary: - Project Managers earn commission on each and every project they work, ensuring fairness based on workload - Annual Bonus - ICHRA Health Insurance reimbursement plan - Amazing match on 401K Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off Work Location: In person
