Interior Designer/Interior Architect

Interior Designer/Interior Architect - AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01260 Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits. An architectural firm on the west side is seeking to hire an Interior Designer/Interior Architect. REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architectural Design from an accredited college. • Prefer someone with 5 years or more experience working on a variety of projects such as commercial, educational, restaurant, hospitality types of facilities. • Must have very good interior detailing skills and construction drawing documentation. • Seeking self-motivated individual with a good understanding of the design process to include FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials and graphic presentation skills. • Able to work on multiple projects and communicate effectively. • Prefer candidates that are proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and SketchUp. • Assist on projects to include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. • Play a part in selecting finishes, furniture, art, and specifications. • Coordinate the finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction. • Provide construction administration of projects and review of submittals.
