Interior Designer/Design Coordinator/Specifier

Job description We are a project driven design company servicing the hospitality and multi-family housing markets. We are looking to hire an Interior designer to help with all aspects of design. Must have Auto-CAD skills. Applicant will assist in product research, assist in layouts of furniture selections, finishes thought out the spaces, and budgets. In general, all aspects of the project from... start to finish. • **MUST BE PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD*** Responsibilities Include: • Must be able to measure & complete CAD drawings for conceptual and build out • Assist design team with research for product/help specify product (such as: flooring, wall covering, light fixtures, etc. including furniture) • Must be able to draw out kitchen build outs as well as office layouts • Maintain design library • Create budgets for proposals • Visit local job sites in the Chicago-land area Skills needed: • Proficient in AutoCAD • Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Revit/Sketchup is a plus Full time / Part time available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $18.00 - $35.per hour Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: • Bloomingdale, IL 60108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: • Associate (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
