Interior Designer (Seasonal)

Hanna Li Interiors is looking to hire an experienced Interior Designer on a Seasonal basis to help with our current project load. You will be working with us as an Independent Contractor, and will... support the Creative Director in designing client spaces, producing visual content on technical software, as well as liaising with other team members at Hanna Li to ensure client happiness and project success. Responsibilities: • Participating & hosting (as needed) client meetings & internal meetings • Manage client presentations and portfolios by building digital assets, designing interior layouts & floor plans, & general creative work. • Design & source furnishings, accessories, lighting, window treatments, etc. • Assist the Creative Director in all aspects of project implementation including FF&E specifications, mood boards, 3D renders, CAD plans, etc. Desired Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree from a top design/art institution • 3-6 years of experience in residential interior design preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, 3D rendering software skills a plus • Proficiency in interior design history, styles, furniture, current trends, and an eye for design & taste • Good sense of color, layout, spatial intention, and design principles • Excellent oral & written communication • Professionalism, courtesy, and great client etiquette • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners as a trusted creative advisor • Most importantly, detail orientation and fast learner
