Interior Designer Sales Consultant

Norris Furniture & Interiors seeks talented Interior Designers, Design Consultants, and Luxury Furniture Sales Associates to serve our clientele and undertake various design projects. Key responsibilities include establishing rapport with clients, interpreting their needs, defining project requirements, managing design projects from concept to completion, setting costs, researching products, and producing presentations. Required skills and experience include proven work experience in interior design, exceeding sales goals, expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials, fabrics, custom furniture, and more. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in interior design or similar, ability to make home calls, valid driver's license, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. Our compensation is incentive-based with commissions paid on written sales, bi-weekly draws, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Successful designers can earn a six-figure income.
