We are seeking experienced and talented individuals to showcase our complete line of products to our customers. Studio Haus is seeking a professional, detailed oriented, and motivated individual to fill a full-time cabinetry sales representative. Our ideal candidate for this position should have an outgoing and friendly personality while being able to support the design team in management and administrative tasks. Job Requirements as follows: Duties include, but not limited to: Members of ASID are welcome to apply. Must be able to communicate with General Contractors, Builders, Architect, Interior Designers, while asking them if we can bid on their upcoming projects. Answers all questions concerning our products and services while building their customer’s future ideal plan. Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service while building a great customer relationship. Maintained accurate and detailed projects / meeting notes and drawings. Manage client’s expectation while providing satisfaction from the initial consultation to final installation. Required to collaborate with Homeowners, Contractors, Architects, and Builders. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients. Responsible for understanding and interpreting blueprints and drawings. Prioritizing while being able to multitask other projects at the same time. This will allow you to solve the client’s problems while creating a solution for their problem. Contract review. Managing all paperless folders, and operating “Google Workspace” including Updating CRM, and setting up all share folders / documents setup. General organizational, Sales related administrative, and general upkeep. Develop new systems to provide workflow efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation. Construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written skills required. Proficient level of understanding and ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and excellent attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and confidence in managing tasks in a quick evolving environment. Willingness to take initiative, and ability to learn new programs. Tech savvy and creative. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows/Apple based software programs. Must be comfortable with paperless systems. Can work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and prioritize your time. Must work efficiently with minimal supervision. Great attitude and team spirit. Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance and deadlines. Being able to communicate over the phone and emails effectively while achieving professionalism.
