We are a dynamic design-forward firm known for custom residential interiors and high-end home furnishings.
We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned creative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about crafting elegant, functional, and personalized residential interiors.
As a Designer here, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects from concept through completion, bringing both vision and technical expertise to the table. You’ll collaborate closely with the entire team and lead the execution of high-end, residential projects.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design process for custom residential interiors, from concept development to final installation.
• Own client communication and relationship.
• Create compelling presentations renderings, elevations and client deliverables.
• Develop and manage construction documentation including floor plans, elevations, and detailed custom millwork and furniture drawings.
• Develop furniture specification packages.
• Oversee FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) specification, sourcing, and budgeting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and design integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in site visits, installations, and client meetings, representing the studio with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and time billing records.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience at an interior design or architectural firm, with a focus on residential projects.
Design & Technical Skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential design and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and/or Revit.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Fohlio, Programa, or similar.
• Strong rendering and visualization skills.
Project Expertise
• In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, budgeting, and procurement.
• Familiarity with interior building codes and residential construction systems.
• Skilled in space planning, finish schedules, and custom detailing.
Professional Qualities
• Self-directed with ability to manage projects independently.
• Creative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with sharp time management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible, collaborative, and energized by working in a small, creative team environment.
• Technologically savvy and open to exploring new tools and systems.
