Our successful candidate will be responsible for these main objectives: · Supporting our Sales staff and Design Group with your Design work · Working with residential and commercial clients developing interior finishes, space layout & design for each project · Completing initial concept drawings and 3D renderings Using Chief Architect; develop Construction Documentsin Chief. · Support the Titus team by documenting all Selections via BuilderTrend What you will do: • Work on interior design projects (90% residential, 10% commercial) • Collaborate with Client on design process • Direct all selections and client finishes, fixtures, lighting • Support Sales with 3D presentation materials • Create and deliver presentations to clients • Travel to on-site design and coordination meetings as needed • Maintenance of displays and product offerings in our in-house Selections Center; introduce new product lines • Report to the Design Manager Work Location: • Office setting; occasional travel to nearby job sites for meetings • Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday Work Remotely • No Professional portfolio required? - yes · To be considered, please apply with a resume, Interior Design/Drafting portfolio and cover letter detailing your Work experience. What we are looking for: • Bachelors or AAS Degree in Interior Design (Assoc. AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent accreditation a plus) • Minimum 3-5 years of design experience • Interior finishes, space layout & design (no furnishings work) • Highly Proficient in the use of Chief Architect to prepare initial 3D renderings, Bidding and Construction Documents • Experienced in residential remodeling/addition projects • Some experience with commercial projects, specifically workplace • Knowledge/ experience of Drafting standards • Strong verbal and written communication • Focused and able to work against deadlines, good time management • Creative, Motivated, Flexible • Possess a Team attitude Other skills that are a plus: • Production Drafting experience • Familiarity/Experience with BuilderTrend software • Familiarity with Canvas measuring/scanning software • Design management experience · Competency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT, Microsoft Office suite.
