415 Remodeling Inc., is a design build firm in San Francisco looking to add an
AutoCAD-savvy designer to our dynamic team. We apply our talents in
collaborative manner to deliver an amazing experience to our clients as we
build the renovation of their dreams, with them, and on budget. In tandem with
the Design Manager, this role will help clients from the design stage through
project completion, managing various aspects of the design, selections,
material procurement and scope changes to job close-out. All along the way
working closely with the project teams providing input and ideas for how to
keep the projects running smoothly. We are looking for an extremely organized
person with high standards for quality to apply their passion for aesthetics
and creativity to a collaborative design build process. Experience and
additional skills and abilities we are looking for… • 2+ years of interior
design experience, ideally in single-family residential design. • Effective
problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD
and SketchUp experience to generate “As Built” drawings, revise redlined
construction design drawings, and produce 3D design drawings. • Experience
sourcing materials to integrate personal design aesthetic to existing client
style (their furniture, home accessories, art etc.). • Excellent communication
and time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects and meet
deadlines. • Great memory and recall addressing questions on demand with ease,
knowledge, and with enthusiasm. • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom, Buildertrend a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree in
Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • Valid CA driver’s license, able to
be on-site anywhere in San Francisco within short time frames. For
