Interior Designer & Project Manager - Miami, Florida

Artemest is seeking an experienced Interior Designer & Project Manager to join its Miami office as a founding team member. This role involves managing high-end projects, providing tailored design solutions using Artemests curated collections, and overseeing custom and bespoke requests. Youll collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution while delivering luxury designs for residential, hospitality, and retail projects. Key responsibilities Furniture, Lighting, Accessories & Bespoke Consultation & Project Management: • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, curating selections from Artemests product range, including furniture, lighting, and accessories. • Create mood boards, product proposals, and floor plans to present cohesive design solutions. • Manage the entire process, from product selection to procurement, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. • Oversee bespoke product requests, working with artisans and Milans trade project team to ensure flawless execution. • Coordinate installations and final placements, ensuring a seamless design experience. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers. • Provide regular updates on project progress, custom orders, and new collections, while addressing client feedback and concerns. • Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction from project initiation through completion. Sales & Business Development Support: • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and creative solutions that align with client goals. • Identify and pursue new opportunities with developers and designers in the residential, hospitality, and retail sectors. Operational Efficiency & CRM Management: • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, budgets, and schedules. • Use CRM tools to track project progress and manage client interactions. Brand Promotion & Events: • Represent Artemest at industry events, networking with local design professionals to enhance brand visibility. • Conduct presentations on Artemests offerings, customization options, and trade benefits. • Support trade event strategies to grow Artemests presence in Florida. #J-18808-Ljbffr
