Position Overview: The Interior Studio is seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional architecture and interior design firm to join our team. We're looking for a candidate with strong design expertise, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. This is a key role in guiding projects across multiple market sectors, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve success at every in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documents and construction administration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and document interior architectural design projects from concept through to completion. • Lead project proposals, contract documentation, specifications, and ensure projects meet established budgets, schedules, and goals. • Collaborate with clients to define their needs and transform their vision into innovative design solutions. • Coordinate and manage Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) selections, along with product and color selections throughout the design process. • Participate in project management tasks including construction administration, managing project deliverables, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. • Provide leadership in maintaining strong relationships with clients, peers, and industry partners. • Contribute to team collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting workflow on a variety of projects of different sizes and complexities. Position Requirements: • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional Architecture and interior design firm. • Familiarity with design and rendering software • Responsibilities include directing and overseeing the work of others & technical excellence in producing construction documents • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners. • Proficiency in Revit is required. • Ability to work collaboratively with teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
