Interior Designer / Project Manager

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate + experienced designer who loves the thrill of creating incredible spaces. As a Designer + Project Manager, you will work with the Principal Designer and Team throughout all phases of design. Your role will assist in creating the initial concept, space planning functional floor plans, pulling finishes - furniture - lighting, modeling out the design, presenting to the client, and managing the project through construction documents and construction. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has a keen eye for design + detail. Applicants MUST have a bachelor's degree in INTERIOR DESIGN and a minimum of TWO years of experience. • ******Please do not apply if you do not meet these criteria****** Requirements | · Strong knowledge of Adobe Indesign + Photoshop · Strong knowledge of AutoCad + Sketchup (Revit experience a plus) · Understanding of all phases of design · Ability to present to clients and speak confidently about design · Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and multiple projects · Has a keen design eye + attention to detail · Highly organized · Outstanding communication skills · Professional undergraduate or master's degree in Interior Design · MUST be local to the Scottsdale - Phoenix metro area Responsibilities | · Pull concept + mood board images · Create floor plans in AutoCAD · Create photorealistic renderings using Sketchup - Enscape experience a plus · Source finishes, lighting, plumbing + accessories · Request quotes and pricing from vendors + manufacturers · Construction Document management · Procurement management · Ability to travel throughout the US as needed for projects INTERESTED CANDIDATES | Are you interested and looking to take the next step?
