Interior designer / project manager

Role Description This is a part time hybrid role for an Interior Designer / Project Manager based in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves a combination of onsite and remote work and will include responsibilities such as space planning, creating construction drawings, procurement, managing vendor communications. The individual will oversee project management tasks, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful execution of design projects. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning, construction, and expertise in Interior Design. • Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to create detailed Construction Drawings. • Experience in sourcing and specifying FFE . • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, MFA, electrician / welding certicate, or a related field.
