Interior Designer needed

Hello! We are a Woman owned Marin Interior Remodeling Company looking for an interior designer who is experienced, friendly, and a team player to join our team! What we are looking for: -Someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, and loves what they do! -Someone who is willing to listen, learn, and adjust to this company’s flow -Bonus points for being bilingual! Designer Duties *Determine the client’s goals and requirements for the project *Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space *Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space *Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors *Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability *Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures (Making a google sheet/excel with materials) *Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors *Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs *Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements *Oversee construction, to a certain extent, and coordinate with project manager to implement the plans and specifications for the project *Visit the site before, during, after to ensure that the client is satisfied *Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline \\--Part-Time or Full Time In your reply please included: -Name -Best contact phone number -email -and a little bit about yourself, experience, and what you are looking for Hope to hear from you all soon!
