Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer – Model Home based in Farmers Branch, TX. The individual will be responsible for planning space layouts, designing interiors, coordinating with architects and construction teams, and managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selections. The role will include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the final designs meet client expectations and project specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and an understanding of Interior Design conceptsFamiliarity with Architecture and Construction DrawingsExperience in working with FF&E, including selection and procurementStrong communication and project management skillsRelevant experience in model home design or residential design is a plusProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is preferredA degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
