Interior Designer (Mid-Level or Senior)

Kelly & Stone Architects (KS|a) is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our Truckee, CA studio. With offices in Truckee, CA and Steamboat Springs, CO, KS|a specializes in high-end custom residential and resort projects. We are excited to welcome a talented designer to our team — whether at the Mid-Level or Senior level, depending on experience. What We’re Looking For Professional Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture Experience in all phases of design and documentation (including FF&E) through installation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic studio environment Strong organizational, visual presentation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with client interaction and presentations Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Experience Requirements Mid-Level Interior Designer: Minimum 3+ years of interior design experience (including high-end residential or resort projects) Senior Interior Designer: 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years leading the design of custom residential or resort projects, and prior experience managing/mentoring teams Position Details In-office role based in Truckee, CA (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Compensation commensurate with experience level Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Relocation assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
