We are a full-service companywith: in-house production technical design & engineering project management logistics and operations professional installation teamsYou focus on the client experience and sales— we handle project execution. What you’ll do: Meet with pre-qualified, high-ticket clientsConduct client consultations (mostly at their homes or via Zoom)Develop design concepts with our team of award-winning designers and visualizers — you’re never alone. Bring your ideas, and our team will turn them into reality. You focus on the vision, we handle the execution.Present tailored design solutions and proposalsGuide clients through the entire process while our team executes the projectMaintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsCoordinate with your Project Manager and internal team to ensure seamless deliveryRequirements: Based in or near Tampa5+ years of interior design experience (kitchens and bathrooms are a must) Strong experience working directly with clients Entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and presentation skillsThis role is ideal for: Designers who want to grow beyond a salaried position Designers who already work with clients and want to scale their portfolio Designers who enjoy leading projects from concept to completion Designers who are thinking about building their own business — but want a strong team and infrastructure behind themJob Type: Part-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
