Interior Designer | Luxury Residential

Title: Interior Designer | Luxury Residential Client: Our client, located in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan, is a multidisciplinary design firm specializing in luxury residential interiors. Description: Our client is looking for an interior designer with 2-5 years of experience to join their team! Specific experience with high-end residential apartments and townhouses in NYC is required, as well as experience working with outside vendors. Working collaboratively with their team of designers, as well as trusted fabricators and contractors, this individual will be responsible for developing schematic design ideas, producing drawings/renderings for presentation, specifying materials and products, and helping guide clients through their very custom design process. Required: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup (with rendering plug-ins), Microsoft Office, Rhino are all required skills, as well as specification software. Education: BFA Salary / Hourly: 70-80k Benefits: benefit package, plus remote work on Mondays!
