Intermediate Interior Designer – Luxury Residential | New York City I’m representing a high-end residential design studio in New York City to recruit an Interior Designer with strong technical and creative abilities, and a refined eye for luxury interiors. The successful candidate will have 5+ years post-grad experience, most recently in a high-end residential studio. This role is perfect for someone who loves designing beautifully detailed homes, is confident producing drawing sets in AutoCAD, and can bring ideas to life through 3D visualization and rendering. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design and support luxury residential projects — townhouses, penthouses, private residences, condominiums, etc. • Develop concepts, space plans, millwork, elevations, material palettes, and FF&E selections • Produce accurate AutoCAD drawing sets (Revit is a plus) • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent (SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar) • Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout all phases • Prepare client presentations and support site coordination and installations 🔹 Requirements • 3–7 years of experience in high-end residential interior design • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is advantageous but not essential • Must be able to produce professional-level renderings/3D visuals — portfolio evidence required • Confident in concept design through to documentation and installation • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. — no sponsorship or visa support offered 🔹 Salary & Benefits • $85,000 – $110,000 (DOE + benefits) • Hybrid/flexible work environment • Opportunity to grow within a highly respected, design-focused studio • Opportunity to work and travel internationally
