As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, working closely with homeowners, contractors, and vendors to create stunning, functional spaces. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in ordering materials to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities: • Design & Drafting: Develop high-quality floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Chief Architect. (NO CAD) • Material Selection & Ordering: Source and manage materials, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, tile, and finishes. • Client Consultations: Work directly with homeowners to design and refine their dream kitchens and bathrooms. • Project Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. • Multi-Tasking: Manage 8+ projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and client expectations. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve design challenges efficiently. Requirements: ✔ Proficiency in Chief Architect (REQUIRED) – Must be able to draft and render efficiently. ✔ Strong Design & Aesthetic Sense – Ability to create functional, stylish kitchen and bath layouts. ✔ Detail-Oriented & Highly Organized – Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. ✔ Experience Ordering Materials – Familiarity with cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures. ✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. ✔ Background in Interior Design or Architecture – Preferred but not required.
