We seek a skilled Interior Designer to: • Develop and conceptualize design plans aligning with client needs and preferences; • Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings using design software; • Source from La-Z-Boy's customizable line and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes; • Coordinate with sales teams and professionals to ensure accurate design execution; • Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final plans; • Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies; Job Requirements: • Interior Design associate degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Proficient in design software; • Excellent understanding of space planning and color theory; • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and ADA compliance; • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; • Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense;
