This role requires translating client needs into actionable design concepts, conducting insightful consultations, and fortifying sales teams with expertise. • Promote the In-Home Design program to draft potential design solutions, present customized portfolio presentations, and achieve or surpass store and individual design sales goals. • Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client's unique needs and preferences. This position has significant influence over the store's financial health, team morale and development, operational efficiency, and customer experience and reputation in the community. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Store and Sales Managers to provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams. • Collaborate with the team to ensure execution of operational excellence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, and interpersonal communication skills.
