About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, creative, and organized Interior Designer to lead design selections, manage procurement, and build lasting client relationships. This role demands both creative vision and precise execution, aligning every detail with Green Valley’s luxury design standards. For the right candidate - someone who is ambitious, resilient, and ready for new challenges - there is no ceiling to your growth here.1. Design sophisticated, modern-luxury interiors2. Collaborate with internal teams for efficient execution3. Prepare design selection booklets and detailed specs4. Guide clients through custom home selections5. Conduct job site visits for design compliance6. Oversee procurement and delivery timelines7. Serve as the main client contact, including post-close8. Follow up on feedback and warranty-related concerns9. Represent the Green Valley standard with pride What We’re Looking For1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field2. 2+ years in luxury residential design3. Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Canva, and similar tools4. Excellent communicator with attention to detail5. Organized, proactive, and outcome-driven6. People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills7. Willing to go above and beyond to meet goals1. Base salary: $75,000+ (based on experience)2.
