The Roberts Design premiere Interiors is seeking a high-energy, talented, experienced Designer to join our growing team of professionals at the largest equestrian complex in the United States. We are looking for a Designer who will bring fresh perspectives and give positive impact through design. You will be working as a team member to design large custom homes up to 25,000 sq. ft., five-star hotels, large retail spaces, and restaurants. You will be asked to manage projects and collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to ensure design integrity and satisfaction. Join our team and we will work together to complete some of the most challenging and rewarding projects of your career.Successful candidates will meet our minimum requirements and have strong design creative and technical skills, excellent communication skills, be organized and take initiative in helping influence design decisions.Job requirements include:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior design or architectural environmentHolds a degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture, or related fieldWork on projects through all phases of designWork with Senior Designers as part of the Design TeamAbility to coordinate with project construction teamsManage multiple jobs at one timeProcurement, purchasing and order trackingProficiency using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft OfficeClient, Vendor & supplier liaisonAssist in Installation & onsite FF&E deliveryComprehensive knowledge in drafting interior design drawing packages including finish plans and material specification, schedules, RCP, and electrical plansPrepare and maintain project files, correspondence, drawings, etc.Create and continually update spec sheets as neededExcellent eye for detailStrong communication and presentation skillsProblem solving skillsWorking successfully to strict deadlinesBalance of design creativity and technical proficiency.Assist with office management tasks
