Job Description Assist the design team in all project phases including Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Support with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) throughout all phases of interior design work. Contribute to the development and documentation of interior spaces, including drawings of floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, and finish plans. Assist in preparing presentation boards and computerized renderings. Maintain and update the Interior Design library with new and discontinued materials. Order samples and materials from vendors. Gather and define customer design requirements and develop solutions from conceptual to final design. Develop design and construction documents, project specifications, and presentation graphics. Coordinate design activities with related disciplines and ensure compliance with codes and ADA requirements. Prepare reports, cost estimates, and manage project schedules and budgets. Ensure integration of all building systems and exercise ethical decision-making. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 3-5 years of relevant post-education Interior Design experience. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering programs. Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills. Ability to obtain a Secret level US Security clearance. Creative visualization and technical drawing skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Availability for occasional travel and flexible schedules. Knowledge of DoD, UFC system, and Federal work is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Active Secret US Security Clearance. NCIDQ Certification.
