We are part of Decorating Den Interiors, a nationally recognized residential design brand with more than 55 years of history and nearly 300 independently owned studios. Our local studio has served the community for more than 35 years and has been under our ownership for 12 years. During that time, we have earned a place in the Chairman's Circle every year and have been recognized as Business Owners of the Year for design excellence, leadership, and client satisfaction. The Opportunity We are looking for motivated, client-focused professionals who are excited by both design and sales. This may be an experienced interior designer who wants a more entrepreneurial path, or a proven sales professional with strong artistic ability, excellent taste, and the desire to learn the interior design business through our training and support programs. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with compensation commission-based. Your income is directly tied to your initiative, sales performance, client service, and results. The model is similar to a successful luxury real estate career: you manage your schedule, cultivate client relationships, and create your own level of success while working within the strength of an established brand and local studio. You will develop and serve client relationships through our studio, supported by our business systems, resources, and reputation.
