Interior Designer / Interior Planner

Requirements • Minimum 5+ years' experience, architectural and interior design with strong design skills • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BS/BA/BFA/MA/MFA) • Excellent written / verbal communication skills • Experience in all phases of design and construction • Experience in medium to large scale projects • Professional experience with Revit • Proficiency in using rendering software to create detailed 3D visualizations and models of interior spaces • Proficiencies with Adobe, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD Enscape, Lumion and Bluebeam (preferred) Responsibilities • Participates in Projects of all sizes and levels of complexity • Responsible for schematic design work and design leadership • Participates in the design control and documentation of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases • Office space planning and furniture systems planning • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project execution • Responsible for project budget management and cost control Submit cover letter, resume, and work sample as follows Send a single PDF file that includes your cover letter, resume, and a work sample named accordingly: Your Name_IntDesPlan_ WRNS.pdf Salary At the time of posting this job, the salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $95,000.
