Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of design and documentation aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and consultants for seamless coordination.
• Lead project meetings and presentations, showcasing design vision and insights.
• Maintain transparent communication within the team, adhering to project timelines.
• Exhibit creativity in design, adapting to diverse building types and client needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in conceptual, schematic, and construction phases.
• Generate comprehensive building project documentation from concept to construction.
• Prepare and analyze FF&E bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in value engineering exercises and collaborate with the project team during construction.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in interior design, design management, and related services.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience creating interior design solutions.
• NCIDQ Professional Registration (preferred, but not required).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for effective project execution.
