This is a dynamic opportunity for early-career professionals looking to contribute to meaningful projects, grow their technical skills, and work alongside experienced mentors in a supportive and creative environment.This role is ideal for recent graduates or early professionals who bring curiosity, design sensibility, and a desire to work on interior environments that inspire.What You'll Do:Assist with design concepts, documentation, and detailing across multiple phases of projectsSupport the team with presentation preparation including sketches, renderings, and boardsConduct product and materials research and contribute to FF&E specificationsGain hands-on experience in construction administration tasks and field visitsLearn how to navigate project budgets, building codes, and professional practice processesHelp maintain visual standards across deliverablesCollaborate with senior team members and respond proactively to evolving project needsContinue developing your design and technical skills across software platformsParticipate in mentorship opportunities and pursue ongoing learningWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (CIDA-accredited program) or a B.ArchInternship or academic studio experience in interior or architectural designA design portfolio showcasing creativity and understanding of spatial designStrong written, visual, and verbal communication skillsWillingness to ask questions, take initiative, and adapt to changing prioritiesTechnical Skills:Familiarity with:• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)• SketchUp and Enscape• Microsoft OfficeWillingness to build proficiency in:• Revit and AutoCAD• Furniture specification platforms like Designer PagesExperience working on Windows-based systemsPreferred But Not Required:Master's degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureProficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience in a professional design studio settingOur clients are equal opportunity employers that recognize the value of a diverse workforce.
