Interior Designer – High-End Residential Furniture Store

We are a premium retail furniture store in Park City seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate brings strong residential design experience, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage full-home furnishing projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do • Provide in-store and in-home design consultations • Create space plans, design concepts, and furniture layouts • Develop client presentations and curate product selections • Specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories • Oversee project timelines and installations • Collaborate with our retail and merchandising teams • Build long-term relationships with clients in a fast-growing luxury market What We’re Looking For • 3+ years professional interior design experience • Strong residential portfolio (luxury/mountain-modern a plus) • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong understanding of scale, space planning, and furnishings • Self-driven, professional, and highly organized What We Offer • Competitive base compensation + commission + project bonuses • Opportunities to work on luxury homes and vacation properties • Supportive, design-forward environment • Career growth within a premium furniture brand
