About this role
• * Create and maintain FF&E installation plans and related documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate installation logistics with teams.
• Arrange site pre-measurements with workrooms and ensure accurate field conditions.
• Organize and participate in site walks with installation teams.
Vendor & Client Coordination
• Communicate effectively with consultants, product representatives, installers, and workrooms.
• Set up new trade accounts with vendors.
• Negotiate account terms with trade partners and vendors.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with manufacturers’ representatives.
Staying Updated
• Keeping abreast of new materials, design trends, and manufacturing technologies.
• Marketing & Visual Documentation
• Arrange and oversee professional photo shoots to document completed products and
• installations.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-end or commercial interior design, with a strong
• portfolio.
• Minimum 3+ years FF&E selection and procurement experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as ACAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of custom furnishings, textiles, lighting and high-end finishes.
• Working knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders, and clients in a fast-paced, detail-oriented
• environment.
• LEED Accreditation or NCIDQ certification is a plus.
