About this role
This position requires a degree in Architecture or Interior Design. The Furniture Project Manager is responsible for consistent delivery of space planning and data management reporting for the client’s workplace programs and strategy. The Project Manager will operate within our client’s fast paced, forward thinking culture to apply expertise around occupancy and space solutions, and real estate design strategies. The candidate will interact with the client’s internal team and end users up to the senior and/or executive management level. The on-site team serves as the responsible point of contact on move and change management strategies.
The candidate will plan and manage successfully relocations up to 2,000 people. Ensure the client satisfaction throughout the relocation management process. Ensure all relocation management activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client’s and PROVEN’s policies and procedures • Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule and budget through collaboration with the facility, project and construction managers.
This position is accountable for the results and performance of the move management team and service delivery on the account .

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
7 years work experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level; interior office planning; or move/project management
AND 5 or more years supervisory experience
• Demonstrated display of analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tactfully deliver difficult messages, and tailor information to the audience; presents equally well to executives, large and small groups
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with the capability to master client specific programs
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
• Comfortable with frequent or rapid change; flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to effectively manage time, organize and prioritize deliverables and workload
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• Domestic travel may be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
