Interior Designer, Freelance - In-Person Design Services for Seattle Clients

About this role
**Overview:** Havenly is seeking experienced Interior Designers to join our platform and provide in-person design services to clients in Seattle and surrounding areas. As a Designer on our platform, you'll have access to our technology and support services, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and beautiful designs. **Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with residential clients in Seattle through virtual and in-home meetings to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget
• Lead the design process with clients, including development of a mood board, design concept, floor plan, and 3D rendering
• Source furniture & decor on Havenly's platform and grow deep client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Work with clients to exceed their needs and expectations, providing a great experience and beautiful designs
• *Qualifications:**
• Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program or university preferred
• 3+ years of working as an interior designer and with your own clients in-person and/or virtually
• Industry-professional presence with confident, knowledgeable, and clear communication style
• Tech-savviness, comfortable using online technologies and learning new technologies quickly
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva, with ability to layer images and use functionality such as the background remover
• High degree of passion, drive, and knowledge to achieve the best possible creative results
• Small business mindset, with ability to drive projects forward and convert beautiful designs into sales
• Access to reliable transportation and current computer with video conferencing capabilities
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
