Skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to creating and maintaining processes • Knowledge of construction, architectural and store planning terminology • Familiarity with store and field operations • Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box • Experience with Google Drive Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred Responsibilities • Create store layouts, schematics, and concept designs • Assist with material sourcing/procurement, costing, and sample selection for new projects • Participate in the development, scheduling, and rollout of new stores • Process invoices with Accounts Payable to ensure timely vendor payments • Provide finish, hardware, lighting, and appliance schedules for new stores • Coordinate FF&E specifications and vendor installs • Support the VP of Expansion with essential administrative functions • Maintain a library of design samples, files, and vendor lists Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in interior design • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results • Proven ability to multi-task with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Experience Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior design Why work in New Orleans, LA New Orleans offers a vibrant culture filled with rich history, world-renowned cuisine, and a lively arts scene.
