Interior Designer for High-End Residential Projects

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in high-end residential projects to lead all aspects of interior design for our portfolio of luxury homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering complete interior design sets, managing procurement, and presenting innovative ideas to the Principal. This role offers a flexible work environment, with a mix of in-office collaboration, on-site fieldwork, and remote work opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive interior design sets for high-end single-family homes, including space planning, material selection, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. • Create high-quality renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to the Principal and project stakeholders. • Manage all aspects of interior design projects, including sourcing, ordering, and coordinating delivery and installation of materials and furnishings. • Collaborate closely with the Principal to align designs with project vision, budget, and timeline. • Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design integrity throughout construction. • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative and luxurious designs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a proven portfolio of high-end single-family residential projects. • Proficiency in Revit for design documentation and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, or similar) for high-quality visualizations. • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing procurement and installation processes. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts to the Principal and project teams. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of luxury materials, furnishings, and industry best practices. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
