ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Primary Objective:
Provide exceptional design solutions, managing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs, preferences, and budget to tailor design solutions.
• Engage clients to identify their design style and vision.
• Develop detailed design plans, quotes, and purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy in design specifications and order processing.
• Communicate product details and manage client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet client objectives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Understanding of company values, policies, and vision.
• Familiarity with sales, construction, and design principles.
• Expertise in interior products and cabinetry construction.
• Proficiency in design software, including 20/20 Design, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Strong organization, time management, and written communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and responsiveness.

Capabilities:

• Read blueprints and conduct field measurements.
• Assist clients in navigating the remodeling and construction process.
• Proactively prospect new clients through outreach and networking.
• Manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Drive sales and stay current with design trends.
• Research and identify prospective customer sources.
• Create and maintain a customer value plan for existing clients.
• Develop a personal sales strategy to maximize efficiency.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in cabinet design.
• A minimum of 5 years in customer service and sales roles.
Position Details:

• Work hours: 40+ per week.
